NNPC Limited’s General Counsel, Adesua Dozie, recently served on a panel at the International Arbitration Seminar held at The Wheatbaker, Ikoyi, Lagos.
The session, themed “Managing Disputes in Cross-Border Business”, examined trends, challenges and approaches to settling disputes arising from commercial transactions across borders.
Dozie and her co-panellists discussed investment protection, dispute resolution and the growth of institutional arbitration in Africa, making a case for stronger arbitration frameworks as businesses expand across the continent.
