The Redeemed Christain Church of Christ, RCCG, world wide held their annual Xmas Carol yesterday worldwide. Carol is a programme that used to come before the Xmas day. A programme where Christian propagate Christainity to unbelievers.
Yesterday at Isheri, a suburbub boundary between Ogun State and Lagos State along Channel Television Road, Lagos State. Carol came and gone line a Xmas day where a lot of gifts were shared to unbelievers in an organised style.
For example, along Channels Television Ro”ad, Isheri, a Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, which organised the event will issue a tag number, written on white paper and number to any guest that wants to collect gifts, one Pastor will now line the guests like 10 at a time, matched them inside where gifts will be handed over to them.
Gifts shared include, uncooked Rice, Beans, Gaari, Salts and other foodstuffs. Everybody that attended the event got something home in are orderly manner to avoid stampeede.
In another event organised by RCCG at Ogijo, Ogun State tagged: ‘Lets Go A Fishing’ programme. This programme was organised by a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Heaven Glory, Provincial Headquarters, along Channels Television Road, Isheri, Ogun State but took place at Ogijo, Ogun State.
‘Lets go a fishing’ is aprogramme where RCCG members distribute handbills, moves in open bus, dancing, singing to invites unbelievers to join the church. According to Mr. Oladele, who spoke to our Correspondence in Ogijo Ogun state, he said: “This programme taking place here at Ogijo, Ogun State today was organised by the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Heaven Glory, Ogun Province 30.
“It’s a programme where we gives clothes, shoes, foodstuffs etc to attracts poor citizen into joining RCCG programmes and becoming a beleiver. We used to shared both cooked and uncooked food, clothes etc.”
Answering to a question, Mr. Oladele, a member of the Parish said: “This programme normally comes up once in a year at all Redeemed Church parishes worldwide. The purpose of the programme is to share gifts, clothes, foodstuffs and cooked foods to unbelievers.
