The Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation Limited, NNPC ltd has blamed vandals for a Well-head fire explosion in Rivers State leaving properties destroyed by fire, drinking source of water spoilled.
In a reaction by the Nigeria National P{etroleum Corporation, NNPC Ltd., the fire was caused by vandals who are head bent in stealing crude from the Well.
